Silicon Rubber Strainer Extruder Machine

This machine is composed of head, fuselage, screw, reducer, coupling, motor, welded base, water vapor pipeline and other parts.

Screw material is 38CrMoAlA, threaded part with nitrogen treatment, nitriding depth 0.5-0.7mm, hardness HRC50-55. Its power is driven by the motor through the coupling direct reducer, reducer output shaft and screw key . In order to adjust the temperature of the screw, the screw is made hollow, and the tail is equipped with a rotary joint, which can pass into the steam or cooling water to adjust the temperature of the rubber material.

There is a water tank between the fuselage and the bushing for heating and cooling. The bushing can be replaced according to the wear degree. There is a square feeding port at the back of the fuselage, from which the rubber material is fed into the fuselage. Due to the rotation of the screw, the rubber material is pressed to the machine head and extruded through the head.

The total clearance between the screw and the bushing is 0.355-0.555mm, and its single side clearance is not less than 0.07mm. Too small will affect normal operation, and too large will reduce productivity.
