The working environment has a great influence on the service life. If the shock absorber is in a good environment, such as the indoor temperature, humidity is moderate, the medium is non-corrosive water supply and drainage system, its service life will be relatively long. However, if it is in the chemical industry, contact with highly corrosive chemical media, or work in a harsh environment with high temperature, high pressure and high vibration frequency, the service life of the shock absorber may be greatly shortened, and sometimes it may need to be replaced in less than a year.
Proper installation and maintenance will also extend the service life. When installing, operate according to the specifications, avoid the unreasonable stress state such as distortion and stretching of the shock absorber, and check and maintain regularly during use, and discover and deal with potential problems in time, which can effectively extend the service life of the shock absorber.
