Rubber extruders play an extrusion role in the production of rubber products, and many of our common products are extruded by rubber extruders. For example, rubber pipes, rubber waterstops and rubber sealing strips are extruded by rubber extruders. Therefore, the role of rubber extruder in the production of rubber products is very crucial. Before the rubber extruder is produced, the temperature of the extruder barrel and screw should be raised to the temperature we need before the machine can be started for production. Generally, we control the temperature of the rubber extruder through the mold temperature machine or the mold temperature unit, and generally each group of mold temperature machine controls a temperature control section of the equipment. The mold temperature machine uses water as the medium to control the temperature of the equipment, and when we design the screw of the extruder, there is a water channel in the screw, and the water heated by the mold temperature machine passes through the water channel to transfer heat to the extruder equipment. After the rubber extruder is started, the rubber enters the screw barrel through the feeding system, and then it is sheared, mixed, compressed and processed by the screw, and finally extruded into the shape of the product we need at the die head of the rubber extruder. The product is extruded and then vulcanized through a hot air vulcanization box to obtain the final product. The rubber extruder processes and produces rubber continuously during the production process, which will produce its own temperature and continuously increase the temperature of the equipment. However, if the temperature of the rubber extruder is too high, it will affect the molding of the product, or it will be directly blurred into the rubber extruder barrel, so we must keep the temperature of the rubber in the process within a certain temperature range. Therefore, when the temperature of the rubber extruder rises to the maximum temperature we designed, the equipment must be cooled, and the mold thermostat will automatically discharge hot water and inject cold water into the extruder barrel to control the temperature.
