Asphalt Modifier Production Line
Introduction
This production line mainly produces rubber asphalt modifier, high viscosity asphalt modifier, high modulus asphalt modifier and dry asphalt modifier. Automated production from raw materials to products, without human intervention.
The main equipment includes
- Vulcanized rubber powder automatic batching unit;
- Vulcanized rubber powder plasticizing unit;
- Intermediate automatic batching unit;
- Kneading unit at room temperature;
- Extrusion and mixing unit;
- Underwater granulation unit;
- Drying and packaging unit
The main raw materials used are: vulcanized rubber powder, rubber activator, rubber oil, PE, etc. According to the special performance requirements of the product, add SBS, SBR, etc. All materials can be weighed and added automatically. The products are used for modified asphalt for road, modified asphalt for waterproof roll and recycled rubber.

The product can be automatically weighed and packaged with 15~30 kg bags, it can also be packed in ton bags.
