Continuous Screw Rubber Mixing Mill Machine
Introduction
Continuous screw rubber mixing mill machine is used for tire recycling rubber powder mixing. This equipment can make the product have better plasticity and take the place of the original open mixer two to three times mixing. It can be used as butyl, EPMD recycled rubber mixer and deep plasticizing unit. The feeding section is a screw, the rubber mixing section is a special pin, and the equipment uses water cooling to control temperature.
Characteristic
The barrel, screw and pin are made of alloy steel and are nitrided.
The feed port adopts double head or single head screw to make the material enter effectively and evenly.
With high efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, high torque reducer, higher safety.
The discharge plate is made of alloy steel, and different discharge mouths are opened according to the material characteristics.
Due to friction heating during mixing, the core and outer cylinder are cooled by water.
