Butyl Devulcanizer
Introduction
The machine is suitable for the desulphurization of butyl reclaimed rubber and EPDM reclaimed rubber. Adopting advanced single and double screw combination, it not only solves the problem of clean production of reclaimed rubber factory, but also produces high index of reclaimed rubber, and mooney is stable and does not rebound.
Characteristic
The twin screw is made of high strength, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant alloy steel.
The feed port adopts double cone forced feed to make the material feed evenly.
With high efficiency, smooth running, low noise, high torque reducer, easy to operate, higher safety.
The equipment adopts electromagnetic heating, which has high heating efficiency and energy saving.
All temperature control areas are controlled by PLC, so that the temperature adjustment of the material in each section is controllable.
