Introduction

Characteristic
The equipment cavity adopts a split structure, and the equipment is equipped with a hydraulic press device to ensure the smooth entry of materials;
The cutter is made of special cemented carbide materials, and is subsequently treated by tempering, quenching, cryogenic and so on. The spindle and cutter are replaced as a whole, and the inner wall of the equipment is made of wear-resistant steel to ensure the service life.
With high efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, high torque planetary gear reducer, easy to operate, higher safety.
The products are screened by the roller, the qualified products are sent out after screening, unqualified products are returned to reprocessing. The equipment has low energy consumption, advanced technology and high efficiency.
For oversize tyres also can achieve the ideal crushing effect after segmentation.
